Along with the medical facilities, AFJOG initiated its literacy programme as well. AFJOG centers were initially used as clinics in the morning and schools in the evening. This program was further taken up and formal literacy centers were established to provide free education to the children of financially constrained families. The program’s aims and objectives are:
- To work for the education of the underprivileged children
- To help women and children to become good human beings and good Pakistani citizens
- To keep in touch with other organizations for the financial and educational uplift of children
- To provide women and children with better socio-economic opportunities

- Data Shah Fikro Center – DHA Lahore
- Fatima Tufail Center – Model Town Lahore
- Safia Rashid Center – Muslim Town Lahore
The number of students that have been benefited through the the literacy program since its inception has been growing and we hope to achieve more success in the near future.
